The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • Do I have to be home to recieve a home cleaning?
    No, you do not have to be home to recieve a home cleaning. It's nothing better than coming home from a long day of work and entering your home all clean and shiny. All you have to do is make the request by adding it in your notes and or special request on where/who/how to pick up keys to enter your home. If you have any questions about this process don't heistate to give us a call at the office or client portal and we can guide you.
  • Will Nifty Pro Cleaner supply cleaning materials?
    Yes, Your Nifty Pro Cleaner will be equipped with all professional cleaning supplies. If you have a special solution that you will prefer to use that is ok as well. When booking an appointment it will be helpful to add the request in your notes.
  • Can I have pets around while the cleaning is in process?
    Yes, You may have mild mannered and friendly pets around while the cleaning is in process. Nifty Pro Cleaner loves pets. Pets are asked to stay in one area while the cleaning is taking place. Don't forget to mention it in your booking notes as we a special treat for your pet!
  • How does the hourly charge work?
    We charge per hour per cleaner. For example, If you have a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom and you need a estimate of a 4 hours cleaning, your cleaning will be complete in half the time with 2 cleaners at 2 hours. But, you will still be charged for 4 complete man hours of work.
  • How does the flat rate charge work?
    If you are charged at a flat rate the price does not increase or decrease as long as the cleaning falls within the describe cleaning. The estimate time issued in the appoinmnet is just an estimate. If the cleaning take less or more time it is not a factor due to the cleaning being purchased at a flat rate. For example: If you pay for a flat rate Basic cleaning but when the staff arrives it is a deep cleaning you have the option to pay for a flat Deep cleaning, Hourly rate or prioritize your cleaning to what stand in the basic cleaning. *If you have paid for a flat rate of 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom that takes an estiamte 4 man hours, your cleaning will be complete in half the time with 2 cleaners at 2 hours. But, you will still be charged for 4 complete man hours of work.
  • What's the rescheduling and cancellation process?
    You can reschedule in the client portal 24/7 up to 48 hours without accuring a fee. You may also contact the office and we can reschedule your appointment for you. While we understand that emergencies come up we try our best to meets the needs of our clients by rescheduling their cleaning date free of charge, atleast 48 hours before appointment. 24 hours before appointment will accrue a $25 dollar charge and the day of full price with a rescheduling of service date. Same day appointments have a $50 day fee charge. Once cleanings are purchased the sale is final. If you cancel a credit will be applied for future cleanings on your account.
  • Does the cleaning service include organizing and put away clutter?
    Nifty Pro Cleaner offers this service under the customized package which will result in a free quote. It is necessary if you are not paying for organizing to put away as much clutter as possible.
  • I have pets and alot of pet hair. Do I need a deep cleaning?
    Yes. Either you need an deep clean or a pet fee which adds on an extra man hour work of cleaning. Pet hair can be very tricky and will take extra time to clean. It is necessary to add on the extra time.
  • What should I do to prepare for my cleaning?
    If you are receiving a basic clean: Make sure that clothes and items are pushed to the side and not scattered on the floor. The extra pick will be considered deep cleaning or hourly rate. Lower your indoor temperature to 65 degrees. As the cleaners clean it gets pretty hot. If you smoke in the house, have a lot of dust, or pet hair, open windows to let home air out before the cleaning team arrives. If you are in the home while cleaning is in progress, please be in a designated area while the cleaners are cleaning for your safety and the cleaners. Pets should be in a designated area. This is for ours as well as their safety. If you are not fully vaccinated, keep a mask on while within 6 feet of cleaners. Cleaners will wear PPE at all times.

Cancellation Policy

While we understand that emergencies come up we try our best to meet the needs of our clients by rescheduling their cleaning date free of charge at least 72 hours before appointment. No refunds are distributed, only credit to the account once payment is made.

 

No charge for rescheduling within 72 hours. 

$50.00 within 48 hours of cleaning. 

$75.00 charge rescheduling same day.

No show will result in a $75.00 charge.

*You have 60 days to dispute any charge(s) to apply a credit to your Nifty Pro Cleaner account.

To book appointments payment must be made to hold and confirm your time slot.
