Basic Cleaning
Homes that typically receive basic cleanings are homes that have been kept up periodically with cleanings and need a maintence home cleaning. If you choose a basic cleaning your home is considered to be reasonably cleaned and organized and need refreshing up. With all of our cleanings we offer a top to bottom cleaning.
Basic cleaning includes the following:
· Bathrooms: Cobwebs and light dust removal, wipe clean countertops, faucets, mirrors, tub and surrounding areas. Clean the tile, the inside and outside of the shower door(s), sanitize the toilet inside and out
· Bedrooms: Wipe down all surfaces, change sheets and make up beds, dust cobwebs, and clean window sills
· Dining room: Dusting the light fixtures, wipe clean the table, chairs and other furniture. Wipe down picture and mirrors
·Living room: We take care of all light dusting, and wipe down of all surfaces.
·Kitchens: Clean all countertops, small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, etc.), clean inside and outside of the microwave. Wipe down the stove top, drip pans and under hood are wiped as well as the appliances, exterior cabinets, kitchen table and chairs.
·Floors: We sweep, vacuum, mop, disinfect and sanitize all floors.
·Take all trash and recycle out and replace trash bags if applicable.
