We give your home a tenant ready Move In/Out clean!

*All move in/out cleanings receive baseboard cleaning, outlets and light fixtures wiped down, and doors are dusted, wiped for from finger prints and grime. All surfaces are sanitized and cleaned with and disinfectant.

 Move in & Out Cleanings Includes:

Bathrooms: Cobwebs and dust removal, wipe clean countertops, faucets, mirrors, tub and surrounding areas. Clean the tile, the inside and outside of the shower door(s), sanitize the toilet inside and out

· Bedrooms: Wipe down all surfaces, dust cobwebs, and clean window sills

Dining room: Dusting the light fixtures, wipe clean the table, chairs and other furniture. Wipe down picture and mirrors

·        

Living room: We take care of all dusting/cleaning details mentioned with the addition of vacuuming furniture, including under the cushions.

Kitchens: Clean all countertops, small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, etc.), clean inside and outside of the microwave. Wipe down the stove top, drip pans and under hood are wiped as well as the appliances, exterior cabinets, kitchen table and chairs.

Floors: We sweep, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all floors.

We advise a deep cleaning for the first cleaning and then basic cleanings for recurring
services. Even if you had a cleaning service previous to our service it is good to have our deep cleaning as the first cleaning because we have a deep cleaning process that has been tailored just for Nifty Pro Cleaner clients. 

Deep cleaning includes the following:

· Bathrooms: Cobwebs and light dust removal, wipe clean countertops, faucets, mirrors, tub and surrounding areas. Clean the tile, the inside and outside of the shower door(s), sanitize the toilet inside and out

· Bedrooms: Wipe down all surfaces, change sheets and make up beds, dust cobwebs, and clean window sills

​

· Dining room: Dusting the light fixtures, wipe clean the table, chairs and other furniture. Wipe down picture and mirrors

·Living room: We take care of all light dusting, and wipe down of all surfaces.

·Take all trash and recycle out and replace trash bags if applicable.

• Clean all glass surfaces including touch and go smudges on windows (Windows are extra service)

• Sweep, Vacuum, and Mop all floors
• Clean kitchen (including inside microwave, top of refrigerator)
• Wipe down kitchen cabinet facings
• Polish all glass surfaces and stainless steel in kitchen
• All doors and door knobs are wiped down
• Deep cleanings may also mean that your home needs double the time plus to get your space clean and in order. If you have more than the average debris, dust, and/or pet hair.

Our eco-friendly window cleaning services use only environmentally safe products that are gentle on your windows and the environment. We will leave your windows spotless and streak-free.

Our eco-friendly construction cleanup services use only environmentally safe products to clean up your site and remove all debris, dust, and dirt. We are committed to keeping the environment clean.

We provide junk removal services to disposal on or off-site services. We also handle drop of to donation locations.
